How does booking talent with Empire Media Group work?
Tell us your event date, city, audience and budget, and either name the talent you want or ask us to recommend. We check availability and fees with the talent's team, come back with options, then handle the contract, travel and show-day details. Our booking team replies within 24–48 hours.
What's included in a talent fee?
Besides the appearance or performance fee, most bookings also cover travel, hotels and ground transport, plus the talent's rider: their list of technical and hospitality requirements. Live performances usually also need sound, lighting and staging. We set out every cost clearly in your quote, so there are no surprises.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request is free and creates no obligation. A booking is confirmed only when you sign a booking agreement and pay the deposit it sets out. Confirmed clients can pay their deposit online.
Can you book talent for events outside the US?
Yes. Rooted in Atlanta and connected across Dubai and Mumbai, we book talent for events across North America, the Middle East, South Asia and beyond. For international artists we plan visas, travel and crew, and we recommend starting three to six months ahead.
Can you handle the production as well as the talent?
Yes. Tick “Production support” on the booking form and choose what you need: sound, lighting, staging, travel or hospitality. We'll coordinate it around the booking. You can hand us the whole event or only the parts you want.
